NOTE :

1. All visitors are compulsarily required to produce Identity proof before they check in.
2. Advance paid can be adjusted or carried forward to your next holiday during weekdays and during weekends No Refund will be made on cancellations on confirmed bookings.
3. During long weekends and during peak days Full Payment has to be done before check in.
4. Food will be Malnad cuisine with fixed menu (Vegetarian/Non-Vegetarian) and extra orders will be charged.
5. Charges for transportation from Chikkamagaluru town by car or jeep will be extra cost.
6. Food for accompanying Drivers will be charged extra.
7. Pets are not allowed.
